WW (the creator of Max Team Design) says that an Ultimate Developer gave him permission to continue on the 'stalled' Ultimate MAX aircraft, which isn't that hard to believe as I've not found much in terms of updates from Ultimate on the progress of their own MAX.Įither way, This is an enjoyable, high quality, FREE aircraft. As I mentioned above, this is the 737 MAX that was allegedly stolen from the Ultimate Team sometime last summer. I am not associated with this organization, however figured people here might be interested! Did a short flight with the MAX 8 earlier and it was really awesome, I'm excited to finally have this option in X-Plane.ĮDIT: Okay so I've been digging into this situation a little bit more and it appears that these aircraft have actually been out for download for a few months through their discord server, but only recently added a website/forum for these projects. This is the aircraft that was allegedly stolen from the Ultimate team, however the developer has a very different story posted on the 'FAQ' page of their website.
